As a component of Beyond 12’s ecosystem of digital products, Student Portrait enables higher-ed institutional partners to increase persistence rates for students equitably and at scale. Student Portrait is both data- and human-driven, providing an informed, holistic view of students to equity-minded administrators so they can boost impact on their campuses. 

My role was to create a robust and broadly applicable UX concept for this product, working across the internal data and product teams to conduct in-depth, collaborative user and data research. Conducting an ongoing series of interviews with college administrators and other stakeholders was integral to the creation of this work.
